What if I don't know or can't find what I want?

We're here to help! At the top of each Request Page is a link to our current seasonal catalog of items for that category. Follow the links (you will be redirected) to peruse ideas and then send us a request with your deets.

How do I find pricing?

Prices are generally set by quantity. Once you choose a specific item and give us a desired quantity, we can provide exact pricing.

How much lead time is required?

Lead time varies by item. More frequently requested items can often be shipped within 24 hours, but many items require 3 to 5 business days to be sourced decorated, packaged and shipped.

Our preference is placing orders 15 business days before your In Hands Date. Obviously, that isn't always possible, but shorter delivery schedules create more opportunities for delays or errors.

Can my order ship to an Event Location?

We can ship anywhere shipping providers service. However, we are not a shipping agent and cannot guarantee delivery. Numerous factors beyond our control can delay shipping.

A few things to consider -

• Inventory of any item cannot be assured until the order is processed. 

• Customs is often the cause of delay in international shipments.

• Re-routing packages due to address changes or errors is difficult, time-consuming and expensive.

• Lag time between arrival and pick up can cause shipments to wind up missing. Mailrooms and recieving departments tend to lose track of shipments that sit unclaimed.

Be certain of your quantity, shipping address, recipient and timing!

Make arrangements for pick up BEFORE shipments arrive.

What about sizes on apparel orders?

One size fits all only in clown shoes and guilty looks. We can't help you there. If you want specific quantities of sizes we can do that, we just need the information before we can place the order.

Timing is critical if you need them quickly. You can include a breakdown of sizes in the Additional Information box on the request form, or upload a document instead.

If you DO NOT have a size list we can apply a 'standard' percentage scale to your quantity and base the order on that.

Can we drop ship to individual addresses?

We can ship orders to individuals assuming we have complete, accurate mailing information for each recipient provided prior to the order being processed.

To ensure shipping accuracy and avoid delay or additional expense, ALL shipping addresses must be provide WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED.
